Group all existing authored guides by domain and ownership, expose complete navigation, and preserve their public routes. Update physical path consumers and release configuration while retaining historical records. Document domain-based specs and ADR slugs without global numbering.

Keep omitted discovery attachment state as null through Node, browser, Electron, and reconciliation evidence. Report the uncertainty while retaining Node observation unless discovery explicitly marks the target attached. Reject worker TargetInfo records missing the required boolean with partial coverage.
Validate omitted and explicit states through provider, CLI, and MCP boundaries and real Node 24 Inspector workflows. Consolidate Electron regression coverage into the existing list-and-inspect workflow.
BREAKING CHANGE: attached fields in JavaScript runtime, browser, and Electron target discovery and inspection results may be null when discovery does not report attachment state.
* fix(hopper): report unavailable procedure body coverage
* refactor!: simplify runtime tools and remove replay engines
Keep direct inspection, capture, and comparison tools. Bind handlers to named contracts and let agents compose experiments with commands and local fixture servers.
BREAKING CHANGE: Remove controlled replay, Node characterization, finite replay-machine, managed runtime planning, and redundant string-tracing tools. Retire process replay, shims, reactive scenarios, custom checkpoints, and active browser replay and origin-scope inputs.
Keep explicitly selected Node Inspector targets observable when discovery
cannot verify their file location. Resolve literal POSIX discovery paths
without URI decoding, and retain lossy Windows or underscore paths as
unresolved metadata. Validate scriptParsed file URLs independently.
Preserve unknown target identity through runtime reconciliation, regenerate
contracts, and verify real CLI/MCP behavior on Linux and Windows.
