Adds README_fr.md, translated from the current English README with the
same commands, links, heading structure and FAQ entries. Links Français
from every README language selector and registers it in the README
consistency matrix.

Integrate the numeric precision correction from #1135 with complete supplemental
metadata handling. Keep decoded numbers with an explicit limitation for mixed XML
content or unclassified integer text, rather than assigning another literal's
exact decimal. Project nonnumeric UID and CF$UID dictionary values recursively
while preserving numeric references, graph identity and original byte digests.
Add filesystem, built CLI and MCP regressions for the review findings, adjacent
XML representations and numeric reference controls. Retain the original native
Foundation qualification fixtures and verifier.
Verification: 84 focused tests; npm run check; npm run docs:check;
npm run verify:test-discovery; npm run verify:keyed-archive (real Foundation,
CLI and stdio MCP). No real Hopper or Ghidra verification was needed or run.

Adds README_fa.md (Persian/Farsi) contributed via PR #1140, keeps onboarding commands, links, and structure aligned with English, links فارسی from every translated selector, and registers fa in the readme consistency matrix.

Collect references from the complete owned function body and exact entry,
including instruction-interior destinations and embedded-data sources.
Bind the corrected semantics to the analysis profile so legacy snapshots
cannot replay incomplete results. Preserve snapshot mismatch reasons and
recovery advice through CLI and MCP without disturbing live sessions.
Return exact entry candidates for ambiguous function names. Expand the
real-provider regression workflow and replace redundant parser assertions
with malformed-output coverage through the pinned MCP client.
Verified with Ghidra 12.1.4 on macOS arm64: full host-native lane, real
CLI/MCP boundary probes, 30 focused tests, and typecheck/lint.
Retain complete authenticated application Evidence when the repeated MCP representation exceeds the default receive frame or Node string limit. Return a typed transport constraint, keep useful followup queries available, and stream full canonical bundles to atomic destinations.
Verify complete Notion and Obsidian workflows on Linux and native Windows, full CLI/Evidence parity, and real large Chrome screenshot recovery. Preserve complete success contracts and caller-selected evidence paths.
Refs #1065, #1053.
Reading a nonexistent Evidence bundle or snapshot, or exporting into a
directory that does not exist, failed as reason "io" with "Evidence
file could not be accessed. Check file permissions", and with no path.
In `rea compare` the caller could not tell which of the two files
failed.
Map ENOENT and ENOTDIR to a new "missing" reason with read- and
write-specific advice. Every EvidenceFileError now carries the resolved
caller path in its projected details. Permission and other I/O failures
keep the existing advice.

Resolve conflicts against main:
- package.json: ship both the LLDB tracer bridge and main's process run
token reader sources.
- README.md: take main's simplified English README, which no longer has
the tool-family table.
- README_ja.md: take main's reworded table and count
observe_native_calls in the macOS native row (7 -> 8).
- Skill: the references gain the observe_native_calls paragraph, so the
version moves to 29 (main already uses 28).
- Regenerate the product catalog, conformance manifest, skill digest and
package metadata (135 tools). The MCP tool catalog is now built rather
than committed (#997), so it is removed here.

* docs: simplify the English README
Preserve the opening and add the official skills.sh badge. Move setup diagnostics and CLI/Evidence details into guides, add three website showcases, and check setup-client facts in the installation guide.
Refs #1017
* docs: add README workflow and FAQ
Restore the original Disclaimer verbatim, invite community showcases, reuse the website investigation figure, and answer six common questions.
* docs: clarify README updates and collapse FAQ
* docs: welcome contributions in the README
* docs: highlight website guidance before quick start
* docs: keep README capability links aligned with main
* fix(docs): preserve README backlinks and release checks
Follow #973's native ownership: the call-observation schemas move to
src/domain/native/, and the contract now lives in src/contracts/native/.

Add observe_native_calls (CLI: observe-native-calls <path> <input-json>). It
launches the active Mach-O as an owned process under `lldb --batch`, stops at
caller-selected functions or Objective-C methods, records each entry and
auto-continues:
- thread, image, symbol, load and file address;
- raw integer argument registers and optional caller frames;
- for methods, the selector read from _cmd and the receiver's dynamic class,
from LLDB's runtime reader without running target code.
No expression is evaluated and no existing process is attached. The run ends
on exit, max_events or duration_ms; REA then kills the process and confirms
that it is gone. The result also carries exit status, bounded stdout/stderr,
breakpoint resolution with partial coverage for unresolved requests, and
limitations. A target LLDB may not debug fails with a debugger-attach-denied
reason and remediation.
verify:native-calls checks the tool through the CLI and stdio MCP against a
compiled fixture, compares breakpoint addresses with nm, exercises every
outcome, and checks hardened-runtime targets with and without get-task-allow.

inspect_native_dispatch_metadata read pointer fields as stored bytes, so
chained-fixup images (the default since Xcode 13) decoded no classes, and
superclasses from other images were always unresolved.
- Decode LC_DYLD_CHAINED_FIXUPS pointer formats 64, 64_OFFSET, ARM64E,
ARM64E_USERLAND and ARM64E_USERLAND24 with import formats 1-3, and
interpret LC_DYLD_INFO bind, weak-bind and lazy-bind opcode streams.
- Name external superclasses from their _OBJC_CLASS_$_ binds.
- Decode class_ro_t baseProperties and __objc_catlist category_t records
(instance/class methods, protocols, properties) into objc_categories;
category methods carry their category name.
- Report the fixup encoding in a pointer_fixups coverage facet.
- verify:apple-dispatch builds the fixture with dyld-info and chained
fixups, plus arm64e on Apple silicon.

* perf(graph): avoid repeated traversal edge scans and copies
* fix(android)!: preserve JVM settings and reuse metadata sessions
Read class metadata without generating application source, retain immutable serialized APK sessions, and join owned cleanup on cancellation and shutdown.
BREAKING CHANGE: Android analysis now requires a full JDK 17 or newer with its compiler module for the packaged Java source bridge.
Foundation encodes `encode(_:forKey: "UID")` as a `$top` dictionary
whose single key is `UID`. The keyed archive projection treated every
one-key `UID`/`CF$UID` dictionary as a reference marker, so that root
became a malformed reference and the real link to its object was lost.
Treat a one-key dictionary as a UID only when its value is a number,
matching the binary decoder's UID shape and Foundation's XML `CF$UID`
rule; otherwise descend into it as an ordinary dictionary.

* fix(ghidra): admit the 12.1 line and the install's JDK range
The provider treated the verified Ghidra 12.1.4 build and JDK 21 as the only
legal installation, so a working 12.1.x package or a newer JDK was rejected
before analysis started.
Admission now follows the 12.1 release line and application.java.min/max.
A compatible build other than 12.1.4 keeps its observed version and records
that the bridge was verified against 12.1.4.
Fixes#821
* fix(ghidra): stop pinning the NativeAOT build to one version string
The build script still rejected every Ghidra release except the literal
12.1.4 and every javac except major 21. It now accepts the 12.1 line and
javac 21 or newer, compiles with --release 21, and records the observed
Ghidra version. The JADX engine version uses the audited release constant.
* fix(ghidra): report unverified builds on analysis results
Session open uses health only as a startup gate and discards that
execution, so the unverified-build limitation never reached CLI or MCP
results. Attach it to every Ghidra execution for that install.
