* docs: simplify the English README
Preserve the opening and add the official skills.sh badge. Move setup diagnostics and CLI/Evidence details into guides, add three website showcases, and check setup-client facts in the installation guide.
Refs #1017
* docs: add README workflow and FAQ
Restore the original Disclaimer verbatim, invite community showcases, reuse the website investigation figure, and answer six common questions.
* docs: clarify README updates and collapse FAQ
* docs: welcome contributions in the README
* docs: highlight website guidance before quick start
* docs: keep README capability links aligned with main
* fix(docs): preserve README backlinks and release checks
fix(release): support built-in credentials and refresh release boundary
GitHub now creates approval-required PR workflows for GITHUB_TOKEN-authored
opened/synchronize/reopened events. Restore optional custom credentials and
cover prepare/publish without a separate secret. Record the verified 5.0.0
checkpoint, public 133-tool catalog and package update in the installation guide.

OpenCode V2 reads native server entries from mcp.servers, and a native
entry takes precedence over a V1 mcp.<name> entry. After OpenCode
migrated a configuration, setup wrote an ignored V1 entry, status
reported REA as missing, and uninstall left the native entry in place.

* fix(ghidra): admit the 12.1 line and the install's JDK range
The provider treated the verified Ghidra 12.1.4 build and JDK 21 as the only
legal installation, so a working 12.1.x package or a newer JDK was rejected
before analysis started.
Admission now follows the 12.1 release line and application.java.min/max.
A compatible build other than 12.1.4 keeps its observed version and records
that the bridge was verified against 12.1.4.
Fixes#821
* fix(ghidra): stop pinning the NativeAOT build to one version string
The build script still rejected every Ghidra release except the literal
12.1.4 and every javac except major 21. It now accepts the 12.1 line and
javac 21 or newer, compiles with --release 21, and records the observed
Ghidra version. The JADX engine version uses the audited release constant.
* fix(ghidra): report unverified builds on analysis results
Session open uses health only as a startup gate and discards that
execution, so the unverified-build limitation never reached CLI or MCP
results. Attach it to every Ghidra execution for that install.

Explain that bare `rea doctor` audits every integration, map common tasks
to `--provider`, `--client`, and `--skill` scopes, and describe how
`scope_checks`, `informational_checks`, `healthy`, and
`environment_healthy` relate. Document the typed ambiguous-provider
error and how to choose an engine once without implying a fallback.

* feat(ghidra): edit function annotations atomically
Return annotation readback and refreshed function analysis through CLI and MCP. Own each database transaction, invalidate caches and immutable snapshots, preserve executable bytes, and retain the Windows mutation boundary.

* fix(ghidra): preserve qualified function annotation identity
Preserve namespaces during local name writes and match qualified readback to the refreshed dossier. Add a producer-shaped regression and verify a real namespaced C++ function through the CLI.

* test(ghidra): align verification with annotation authority
Keep strict capability and profile checks while admitting the explicit session metadata operation. Verify packaged transport authority and atomic transaction commitments and preserve a read-only Windows expectation.

* feat(ghidra): enable Windows x64 read-only analysis
* test(ghidra): exercise native Windows runtime boundaries
* test(ghidra): verify current Windows inventory and isolate ACL observer
* fix(ghidra): align Windows admission and address P0 review
* feat(setup)!: expand agent integrations and simplify onboarding
Add native configuration formats for OpenCode, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot
CLI, VS Code, and Devin. Preserve JSONC comments and unrelated settings
while making setup and uninstall ownership-aware and idempotent.
Select agent targets before planning, separate discovery from intent, and
keep agent-only setup independent of optional provider prerequisites.
Cover configuration boundaries and interactive behavior in packaged checks.
BREAKING CHANGE: unscoped setup refreshes only existing REA-owned
registrations. Use --all-detected to configure every detected client.
Setup JSON contains a compact doctor summary; use rea doctor for full
diagnostics. Cancellation and successful dry runs now exit successfully.
* feat(cli)!: replace upgrade with verified updates
Resolve an exact release through npm's configured registry, update only the
identified installation, and verify its new executable before reporting success.
Return a read-only maintenance plan for existing enabled REA integrations.
BREAKING CHANGE: replace rea upgrade with rea update; no alias is retained.
Successful update JSON uses status "updated", reports the verified installed
version, and returns an unapplied maintenance plan instead of opening setup.
Fix#399: when agent integration is selected but all agents are deselected,
the bundled skill was silently dropped. The skill is now always included
when agent integration is selected, regardless of client selection.
Fix#398: the setup wizard defaulted to cancellation at every step despite
explicit setup intent. The capability picker now pre-selects agent
integration, the agent picker pre-selects all detected agents, the final
confirmation defaults to Yes, and accessible prompts default to Yes for
pre-selected items. Agent option hints now describe the agent instead of
the file operation.
Update tests/cliSetup.test.ts to cover the new skill-retention (#399) and
default-toward-apply (#398) behavior, including accessible-mode opt-out.
Update docs/installation.md to describe the new pre-selection and
Yes-default confirmation.
Align the documented tool inventory, setup client matrix, supported hosts, installation behavior, and roadmap with the 1.6.0 implementation.
Record Ghidra as the accepted next read-only provider direction without claiming shipped support, and refresh the provider admission criteria around evidence fidelity and local diagnostics.
Regenerate the committed TypeDoc site from current sources so package metadata and Process Capture v4 contracts replace the stale 1.1.0/v3 output. Add localized README coverage for every detected setup client.
