Ysopwnable 0b7145361e feat(wasm): add opt-in first-call summary delivery (#2193) ... Add explicit first-call WASM summary delivery while preserving omitted/complete MCP requests, CLI output, original Evidence identity and provider inputs. Reuse exact retained export views and schema-based capability discovery. Nine paired public SDK comparisons and ten actual Codex CLI answers preserve selected facts and source references. Record token reductions alongside mixed latency and unverified final resource-counter conditions. Current-main integration passes seven relevant WASM MCP workflows, a fresh real-WABT SQLite workflow and required static gates. Refs #2016.
