morluto 9f3f392eb8 ci: bound core job execution time ... Limit classification to five minutes, static/build/docs/report jobs to ten minutes, and each portable shard to thirty minutes. The saved successful-job sample peaked at 392 seconds per shard and 61 seconds for other core jobs, leaving generous setup and coverage headroom.
