morluto b1b0211c28 fix(native): preserve observed function dossier coverage ... Declare observed Ghidra and Hopper facets, preserve unavailable pseudocode, and attach dossier call-set coverage. Version the analysis profiles to invalidate older snapshots and remove the retired include_assembly fixture branch.
