M8.16: Envelope export test ignores the files' time stamps 

enveloped_type_exports_distorted_in_every_format compared two exports
byte for byte, and EPS dates its file to the second (%%CreationDate), so
it failed whenever the clock ticked between them. The comparison now drops
the CreationDate/ModDate lines and still checks repeatability and that the
bend shows in every format.
