Each Transform effect clamps its own copies to 1000, but each copies all of
what the effect before it made: three of them on one square ask for a
thousand million squares, from a small file. Copies now stop where the result
would pass two million anchors (1000 copies of a 2000-anchor path).
The rows' spans were all chained into one polyline, so where a row had
more than one span the line ran across the hole between them, outside
the shape. A span now continues the previous row's chain whose
connecting line stays inside the shape (the nearest one); otherwise it
starts a chain of its own. In a convex shape the connector always stays
inside, so the result there is unchanged (render goldens pass).

Roughen's jitter can put a point behind its predecessor, so the path
turns back. The Catmull-Rom tangent next - prev then shrinks to almost
nothing and the anchor becomes a cusp, which PDF viewers (MuPDF,
poppler, Ghostscript) draw with a miter spike; the preview doesn't.
catmull_rom now keeps the tangent at least half as long as the longer
chord, and where it is shorter (turns of more than about 150 degrees)
points it along the bisector of the two chords: the turn becomes a round
hairpin. Gentler turns keep the plain Catmull-Rom tangent, so Zig Zag,
Scribble and the render goldens are unchanged.

Effect › Distort & Transform › Transform… was a plain list of fields.
It now has Transform Each's layout: Scale and Move with sliders, Rotate
with an angle dial, then Copies, Reflect X and Y, the reference point and
Random, kept with the effect so editing it from the Appearance panel
shows them again.
- The effect scales, rotates and reflects about the chosen point of the
9-point grid (`reference`, the centre by default).
- Random takes a share of each value, drawn from the object's id: each
object varies its own way and keeps its result on every redraw; a
group's members move together.
- Copies stop before one reaches past 1e9 pt, and the scale and move are
capped, so large values can't overflow.
- Transform Each and the effect share the sections and options code; the
angle dial is a new widget.
- A plain number field now takes the focus when it is a dialog's first
field, so both dialogs open with Scale › Horizontal ready for typing.
Transform Objects, Transform Patterns and Scale Strokes & Effects are not
in the effect yet: the geometry effects reshape paths only.

Effect › Blur › Radial Blur (spin/zoom, draft/good/best) and Smart Blur
(Normal mode), Effect › Sharpen › Unsharp Mask: Photoshop-style filters in
vectorcraft_effects::pixel, run by the renderer on the object's pixels in
stack order with Gaussian Blur and Feather, cached while panning; lengths in
points, bounded work per pixel. PDF, Expand Appearance and SVG export write
the effected objects as images. Dialogs with preview (method/quality
dropdowns, fields in documented order), menu entries, translations, tests.

Outline Stroke (and the stroke part of Expand) now builds each stroke from the
shared canvas geometry: dash shapes, arrowheads, width profiles and inside/outside
alignment, united into one clean path (pathops::stroke_region). Every stroke item
is outlined in paint order (runs of fills stay on copies of the path), stroke
opacity, blend mode and effects move to the new fill, and brushed strokes become
their brush art. The live Effect > Path > Outline Stroke outlines the stroke it
sits on (on a fill or the object: the top stroke) with that stroke's cap, join,
dashes, alignment, profile, arrowheads and weight: GeomContext now carries the
stroke and the fill rule, built per item by the renderer, export baking and
Expand Appearance.
