bflatastic 0b547ec597 M4.13: raster exports check the format's size limit first and share the renderer's pixel budget ... The encoder kept its own copy of the renderer's pixel budget and checked it after render::raster_size, so a WebP too wide for its 14-bit sizes reported the generic limit (fileio test oversized_raster_exports_are_refused). tests	Rename DrawCraft → VectorCraft: crates (vectorcraft-*), apps, binaries, types, env vars, docs, examples (.vectorcraft); old .drawcraft files and preferences still load. Fix: text bounds exact after opening a file; selection no longer marks a document modified (dirty = content differs from the saved document).
