Preferences › General › Anti-aliased Artwork was stored and never read. Off, the canvas renders the art with `AntiAlias::None` — a pixel is painted when the art covers at least half of it, raster effects and pattern tiles staying smooth — and on (the default) with `AntiAlias::Art`, as before. The preference is part of the canvas's cache key, so changing it re-renders. Exports keep their own Anti-aliasing option. A headless frame test reads the art's raster back out of the frame's texture upload: edge pixels partly covered with the option on, none off, and smooth again once it is back on.
