Losminek 847730bf8b i18n(cs): catch up with strings added since the Czech catalog ... Adds 127 Czech entries the Hungarian/Spanish/German catalogs already have: tool short names, recolor and swatch library labels, print/PDF preset names and their differences lines, pie graph options, counts and the about-box credits. "Reset <workspace>" entries keep the built-in workspace names in English as MENU_KEEP_AS_IS requires. Also [Default] -> [Výchozí] in the protected-preset hint, matching the existing [Default] entry.
