bflatastic b08188e5a5 Toolbar: only tool groups' buttons check for a flyout press, ROADMAP (review of #436) ... A press on a single tool's button no longer schedules the repaint that would open a flyout it doesn't have. The ROADMAP's UI list and Last updated line name the right and corner press.
