bflatastic b23a402df8 #1009: Use Precise Cursors makes the Pen's join pointer a crosshair ... Cursor::precise listed every Pen state but PenJoin (added later, #794), so with Use Precise Cursors on the Pen still showed its join badge over another open path's end. PenJoin is a crosshair too under the preference. The Pen join test now also checks the pointer over the other path's end is the crosshair with the preference on (and PenJoin with it off, as before).
