bflatastic 10a87311d3 Type: burasagari labels Regular/Force, full-width commas and full stops hang, MCP docs (review of #463) 
- The Paragraph panel menu's Burasagari submenu reads None / Regular / Force, as the reference
  app's help names them (`text.setFormat` keeps "none"/"standard"/"forced", its scripting names);
  Reset Panel goes back to new type's Regular.
- The full-width ，．and half-width ､｡ hang too; Latin commas and full stops never do, so Latin
  text keeps its breaks and composer with new type's default (tested). The spaces after a hanging
  mark stay on its line.
- docs/mcp.md: a Burasagari section. ROADMAP: wording, Last updated.
