bflatastic e1beafb359 Align: keep the tests and panel docs #1073's branch dropped, and translate the new button ... The branch was cut from an older main, so its commit also removed four engine tests (stroke and paint rejection, malformed anchor selection, bad anchors in path commands), the newer window.panel.float/dock parameter docs and the un-collapse on showing a floating panel.
