* #701: Undo history list beside the Quick Access Toolbar's Undo
A drop-down arrow next to Undo lists recent steps, newest first; hovering a
row highlights it and every newer step, the footer reads "Undo N Actions"
(Cancel when none is highlighted), and a click undoes them all at once.
Engine: Session::undo_history (newest first, capped at UNDO_LIST_MAX = 100)
and Session::undo_steps; edit.undoTo {"count": n} (0, negative and non-number
counts rejected, counts past the depth clamped, stops at protection) and the
read-only edit.undoHistory for CLI and MCP. Catalog: Undo List.
