Dmitrii Khlapov 9d7a972d0b #771: a page total in the footer doesn't make the body lay out again (#773) ... foot_top_for measured the footer with total tracking still on, so a NUMPAGES/SECTIONPAGES footer counted as a page total shown in the body and every layout ran a second full pass. Footer totals are filled in after pagination, like the header's, so the measurement now turns tracking off the way body_top_for does.
