Intense Quote is "Cita intensa" in both; "Palabras clave", "Categoría". Caption, Heading {n} and
Title were duplicates of main's rows (main's "Título" kept). TOC, Keywords, List Paragraph and the
Subtle rows moved into alphabetical order. Turkish and Estonian get the same new keys, which their
coverage tests require.
