* fix(managed): decode generic, array, fnptr, and modifier signatures
Member signatures using GENERICINST, ARRAY, FNPTR, CMOD_REQD/CMOD_OPT,
or TYPEDBYREF were reported as unsupported, leaving their types unknown
and turning otherwise complete inspections partial. Decode them with an
explicit stack so nested signatures stay recursion-free, keep encoded
TypeDefOrRefOrSpec values, and report malformed shapes as malformed.

* fix(managed): decode signature elements by grammar position
Track whether each element is a field type, return type, parameter,
nested Type, or pointee. VOID is valid only as a return type or
pointee, TYPEDBYREF only as a return type or parameter, and BYREF only
at the top of a return type, parameter, or ref field; other placements
are malformed. Function pointer items are parsed as a return type then
parameters, and generic arguments as Types.

Preserve the primary Hopper startup failure and launcher diagnostics while retaining resources when cleanup cannot be confirmed. Reauthenticate matching external application sessions before document cleanup, keep the Python bridge available for bounded reconnects, and expose the provider-owned Hopper startup deadline.
Real headless Linux Hopper semantic analysis and 65 focused configuration, handshake, cleanup, and bridge tests passed. macOS authorization/crash causes and saved-HOP behavior require their own real-provider verification.

When partial inventories omitted node details, the root got an unknown
availability row and the differing manifest root digests appended a
second, changed content row, so one logical path was counted as both
changed and unknown. Fold the manifest content change into an existing
unknown or changed root row instead, keeping its dimensions, occurrence
and artifact identities, and citations; contradiction and presence rows
are left as they are.

* fix(managed): report ExportedType rows in managed member inspection
Facade assemblies such as System.Runtime.dll provide their types only
through ExportedType rows (type forwarders), which member inspection
never read, so they reported complete coverage with no types. Report
each row as declared with its flags, forwarder bit, TypeDefId hint, and
implementation token, and record invalid or null implementation coded
indexes as partial coverage. Comparisons now state that exported types
are not compared when either side has them.

Member Evidence recorded before ExportedType rows were read omits the

* fix(javascript): follow bundler namespace interop for Electron APIs
Rolldown/tsdown emit `let electron = require("electron"); electron =
__toESM(electron);` and esbuild/tsc emit `__toESM(require("electron"))`
or `__importStar(require("electron"))` for namespace imports. The
reassignment or the helper call hid the Electron origin, so bundled
main processes reported zero BrowserWindows and preloads.
Locally declared, never reassigned interop helpers recognized by name
now pass the module through, and a binding's rewrap of its own value is
not treated as a reassignment. Other writes stay unresolved.

Windows has no POSIX execute bit; Node reports file modes from the
read-only attribute alone, so every host file, including PE images,
reported `executable: false` while the same occurrence reported
`artifact_kind: executable`. Derive the host executable marking once:
POSIX permission bits stay authoritative, and Windows marks regular
files with the CreateProcess/cmd launchable extensions.

Produce two comparison scenarios through the existing real MCP session while retaining fresh CLI comparisons, all authored source variants and native execution oracles. Keep the capture-lifetime case as a complete CLI analysis-to-comparison journey.
Validation: 92 tests pass with identical source coverage maps and hit sets across 1,156 files. The covered two-file cohort improved locally from 40.6s to 35.4s including the Git baseline optimization. Typecheck, lint and formatting pass.
Copy a pristine repository into each case-owned workspace instead of repeating init, add, commit and rev-parse for 47 identical baselines. Keep every scenario mutation and real planner invocation, with seed cleanup owned by the file.
Share CLI boundary module evaluation in bounded forks while preserving fresh command instances and child processes. Keep module-mocked cleanup tests and source/compiled product catalog verification isolated, and update focused artifact selection.
Flameox full cohort with V8 coverage: 102.8s to 96.6s; 290 passed and two existing skips. Statement, function and branch coverage maps and hit sets match across all 1,153 source files. After syncing main, 75 focused tests, typecheck, lint, docs checks and formatting pass; all 834 test files are discovered exactly once.
* fix(managed): charge retained member facts instead of decoding bounds
inspect_managed_members returned no types or methods for ordinary
assemblies: Newtonsoft.Json 13.0.3 (netstandard2.0, 705 KB) exceeded
the 64 MiB representation budget. Each method body reserved 256 bytes
per IL byte and each signature 256 bytes per blob byte before decoding,
and those worst-case bounds were never returned, so the budget scaled
with total IL size rather than with the retained output. The final
projection admission also charged every decoded string at six bytes per
character and every scalar at 32 bytes, about eight times its JSON size.
Bound IL, exception-clause and signature decoding with a transient
admission that does not consume capacity, then reserve the decoded body
or signature that is actually retained. Projection admission now
charges the exact UTF-8 JSON bytes of decoded strings, keys and scalars;
escaped and multibyte text still counts at its encoded size.
Newtonsoft.Json now yields 496 types, 4185 methods and 18846 call
edges. Assemblies whose retained facts exceed the budget, such as the
2.3 MB System.Private.ServiceModel 4.7.0, remain unavailable.
* fix(managed): bound concurrent decoding and count JSON bytes in place
Review follow-up. A method's IL bound and its exception-section bounds
were each checked against the same remaining capacity although their
bookkeeping is live at the same time, so 40 MiB of IL plus 40 MiB of
exception clauses passed a 64 MiB budget. Transient admissions now
accumulate until the method body or signature is built, and reserve
respects bounds that are still live.
Projection admission also serialized each decoded string to measure it,
which could allocate about six times a near-limit string before the
check. It now counts the exact escaped UTF-8 bytes without building the
JSON text.
* fix(managed): admit derived call and field edges as they are built
Review follow-up. Released IL bounds no longer stand in for the call and field-access records that edges() derives from anchors. Each record is now admitted before the graph grows further, so a crafted assembly cannot materialize the whole derived graph before the representation guard fails.
* fix(managed): admit derived caller names before building them
Review follow-up. The caller name of call and field-access records was interpolated per anchor before any admission saw it. It is now built once per method, after its exact JSON size, counted from the type and member names, has been admitted.
* feat(harmony): project HarmonyOS package inventory evidence
First HarmonyOS increment from #1431: HAP, HSP, and App Pack roots are
classified through the hardened ZIP reader and projected into an
execution-free application graph with packaging-model hints, exact
component paths and hashes, App Pack children by path, runtime-family
hints, and path-based N-API bridge hypotheses. HarmonyOS .har stays
unclassified by suffix because .har also names HTTP Archive JSON.
Adds the project_harmony_application_graph tool (CLI and MCP), synthetic
composition coverage, a pinned real-package verify lane, and docs.
* refactor(domain): share application graph projection scaffolding
The HarmonyOS projection mirrors the Android and Apple projections by
design, which pushed jscpd duplication over its 2.5 percent budget.
Extract the identical pieces (inventory input schema, projected
component schema and occurrence flattening, bridge candidate schema
factory, coverage assembly, comparator, canonical digest) into
domain/mobileApplicationGraphProjection.ts and route all three
projections plus the composition fixtures through it. Duplication drops
from 2.52 to 2.49 percent with no behavior change: projection ids,
classifications, and limitations are byte-identical.
* fix(harmony): address review, stable app-pack roots, and rotated fixture
- rebased onto main; the shared projection scaffolding now keeps main's
nativeRuntimeConvention loop and the harmony runtime families adopt the
same react-native/flutter/unity path conventions
- the .app App Pack suffix is now a root-input rule only (verified ZIP
magic in classifyRootFormat and BinaryTargetResolver); nested .app ZIP
members inside other packages keep the generic zip classification, with
a regression test, so existing inventories do not change
- the signing limitation now states that an empty signing list does not
mean unsigned because packaging-tool signatures live in the ZIP signing
block, and the app-pack root rule is disclosed as suffix-based
- repinned the real-package fixture to the current VHome 2.6.14-beta asset
after the upstream deleted v5.0.111-beta and replaced the v2.6.14-beta
asset within hours; the pin records both observed digests

The item view advertised its four selector alternatives independently of the
selected collection, while collection-specific constraints lived only in a
superRefine that does not survive JSON Schema conversion. Clients validating
against tools/list could not discover that modules accept only path/node_id
and sections/symbols accept only index/name.
Replace the refined object with a discriminated union on collection so the
converted draft-2020-12 schema rejects the same combinations the MCP server
rejects. Runtime selection semantics are unchanged.

A stalled event loop can leave the settle wake-up and a trailing observation

were already due run before silence is judged, and cover the stalled-loop

* fix(bun): report the real runtime and enforce worker memory budgets on Windows
Under Bun, REA recorded Node/V8 identity it did not observe and its JavaScript helper processes ran without a memory bound, because Bun ignores the V8 heap flags REA passes. Source-map trace Evidence claimed runtime node-v8 with Bun's synthetic V8 heap limit (the decoder then rejected that limit, so trace_web_source_location always failed), analysis resource failures reported heap limits Bun does not enforce, the HAR decoder claimed a fixed 192 MiB heap, and doctor reported Bun's Node.js compatibility version as the Node version.
Identify the runtime once from process.versions. Source-map reports record id bun with the Bun and Node.js compatibility versions and a null v8_heap_limit_bytes; the decoder checks the heap budget only for V8 reports and rejects a report from a runtime other than the launching one. The analysis worker reports a null heap limit under Bun, HAR limitations and failures omit heap sizes under Bun, and the doctor node check reports Bun and passes when its Node.js compatibility version is supported.
On Windows under Bun, each helper's owned Job Object now carries a commit limit of its heap budget plus a measured 512 MiB Bun runtime reserve (704 MiB for the codec and HAR decoder, 1536 MiB for the default analyzer). The native addon accepts an optional page-aligned job memory limit on process_spawn, verifies it by readback, associates a private completion port before the child is created, and reports a sticky memoryLimitReached and peak job commit on each poll; inspect reports jobMemoryLimit. A requested limit with an artifact lacking the control refuses the launch, and non-Windows launchers refuse a limit.
Reaching the limit is classified by the job notification rather than Bun's exit status: the analyzer fails the current source with a memory resource failure reporting worker_process_memory_limit_bytes, the codec returns a memory resource failure, and the HAR decoder returns its memory failure with process_memory_limit_bytes. Bun source-map Evidence records process_memory_limit_bytes, verified against the launcher. Node.js launches and outputs are unchanged.
* fix(windows): drain memory notifications after observing exit

package cache. Detect bun's package-runner launch from npm_command=exec
with a bun user agent and register the pinned bunx launcher, wrapped in
cmd.exe on Windows like the npx launcher. Doctor, update maintenance and
uninstall recognize it as REA-owned, and setup's printed commands name
the runner that launched it.
Read the runner variables case-insensitively on Windows, where the CLI
environment snapshot upper-cases variable names and setup run through
npx also fell back to the cache path.

inspect-pe-resources rejected stock Windows resource images because their
tables exceed the 4096-entry default. Windows 11 25H2 SystemResources
measures imageres.dll.mun at 6476 examined entries, shell32.dll.mun at 5903
and wmploc.DLL.mun at 5440, so the default budget now admits each of them
with headroom while the maximum stays 65536. The independent 8 MiB metadata
budget still bounds allocation, and exceeding any budget still fails without
partial results.
The stable filesystem boundary test now emits a 6476-entry table through a
larger fixture section and asserts that the default budgets report complete
coverage, covering stock-image scale without a real Windows file.
* feat(javascript): recover code-split bundles from multiple inputs
recover_javascript_sources accepted a single path, and
validateModuleSet bound every module's provenance to that one snapshot.
A code-split app (runtime + chunks, or an Electron main/preload/renderer
set) had to be recovered one file per call, and modules recovered alone
could not resolve imports across chunks: cross-chunk require(id)
references stayed as numeric ids with property reads.
Add an optional additional_paths input. The listed files are
concatenated, in order after path, into the single engine snapshot, so
one Wakaru run sees every module and cross-chunk imports resolve.
validateModuleSet's single-snapshot binding is unchanged. Module
provenance is attributed back to the input file its first extraction
range starts in, with byte ranges rebased to that file's own offsets;
a module whose ranges cross an input boundary keeps the concatenated
snapshot identity and offsets, recorded as an explicit limitation.
Single-path behavior is byte-for-byte unchanged (one segment,
offset 0).

Transfer the build job Turbo cache to the four native package runners within the same workflow. Keep the normal build, prepack, pack, fresh installation, updater, and Inspector verification commands. Native artifacts and dependencies remain host-local.
Validation: actionlint 1.7.7, check:ci and docs:check passed. A fresh independent checkout restored 1124 byte-identical files from 1.64 MB of compile/skills cache in 163 ms; a source change invalidated compile and skills entries. Full package and real Node Inspector verifiers passed on macOS arm64. Cross-platform CI timing remains to be measured.
Reuse immutable source graphs for both export comparison orientations and obtain rest-argument seeds from the existing public CLI Evidence. Retain all direction-specific assertions while removing nine repeated application analyses.
Validation: 75 focused tests; covered locations and hit status unchanged across all 1137 source files in controlled before/after coverage runs. Comparison file execution fell from 19.2s to 15.3s locally. Static and generated-document checks passed.
Review follow-up. Only a capture already on the alias chain can repeat a prefix, so a first visit no longer slices and serializes every suffix of its path.
* feat(update): update Bun global installations
`rea update` only recognized npm global installations and looked up
releases with `npm view`, so a `bun add --global rea-agents` install on a
machine without npm failed with `spawn npm ENOENT`.
Detect the running package inside Bun's global directory
(BUN_INSTALL_GLOBAL_DIR, $BUN_INSTALL/install/global,
$XDG_CACHE_HOME/.bun/install/global, ~/.bun/install/global), resolve the
latest release with `bun info`, install with
`bun add --global --ignore-scripts`, then verify the installed entry point
and plan integration maintenance exactly as for npm.
Bun commands run inside the owning global directory with
BUN_INSTALL_GLOBAL_DIR pinned, so the caller's current project is never
selected. A global directory without package.json is not treated as an
owned installation: Bun then installs into the nearest ancestor project.
npm installations keep their existing commands and messages.
